Field & Digital Consultations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations will incur a 30% administrative fee.
Corporate Training Programs: Refunds for training programs are permitted if the cancellation is requested 7 business days prior to the start date. No refunds are issued once the training program has commenced.
